The hotel was a fine base for enjoying a secure area, near to the Acquaviva and the sea and beaches, restaurants, bars and shops. The rooms were all well furnished and modern with a big balcony. Club was perfect for breakfast. The location was absolutely perfect, around 10-15 minutes walk from Dinosauri in Carne e Ossa...

Great location just steps away from Gilda on the Beach 🏖️. the room was awesome with hypo-allergenic pillows included, making it super cozy and comfortable.

The breakfast was amazing, they served a variety of yummy options 🥐. The rooms were super clean and nicely decorated, each with its own private bathroom. Its location was perfect, really close to Gilda on the Beach.

Great beachfront location with a bike path, free bikes, and beautiful sunset views. Fusion food at "the Place" restaurant was enjoyable. Levante Suite had a lovely view. Helpful host arranged cab to the airport.

We had a great value for our money at this lovely B&B. The room was nice, clean, and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect, with the beach, restaurants, and shops all close by. The staff, especially Giovanna, the owner, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and even helped us with a dental emergency. We would definitely love to return.

My partner and I had a lovely, short stay at Acquaviva B&B. We were warmly welcomed by the owner who even arranged for our transportation from the train station. The homemade cookies and bread were a delightful touch. Despite the off-season, we still enjoyed a walk to the beach, taking in the beautiful scenery and meeting some adorable dogs. The bedroom had a mini-fridge perfect for wine and snacks. The location is ideal for a beach getaway with a loved one.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The room was small, but the stylish and modern design made up for it. We loved the big balcony and the fact that it was located close to the beach. The owner, Giovanna, was very kind and helpful. We also enjoyed borrowing the bikes to explore the area. The breakfasts were delicious with a good selection each day. Despite the initial issue of not being able to get in on time, the owner arrived quickly after we got the attention of other guests. I had a pleasant stay at Acquaviva B&B and would recommend it to others.

acquaviva b&b was a delightful surprise during our quiet weekend in fiumicino. the modern and nicely furnished rooms, beautiful garden, and tranquil terrace for breakfast exceeded our expectations. giovanna, the friendly landlady, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. we would love to return.
